Today we’re excited to unveil our latest feature — Incentives. 

This feature was carefully crafted to take participant engagement to unprecedented heights by introducing a competitive leaderboard and points system awarded to your participants when they post and capture the attention of their network through interactions, clicks, and sign-ups. We understand that in order to have a successful experience you need to engage with your participants, but also foster that sense of community. One of the best ways to do that is through social media and Incentives will only boost this.

Incentives isn’t just an add-on; it’s seamlessly integrated into our core product, automatically elevating experiences for 3,000 or more expected attendees. 

What exactly incentivizes your participants to take part in this? Your participants can now have the chance to earn enticing gift cards and contribute to their favorite charities, in collaboration with Tremendous, making their event journey even more rewarding.

We’re also excited to release a few other updates to our platform. 

Other InGo Updates 

Updated User Flow in Widgets: We’ve updated the user flow and order of our Login, Social and Meetings widgets. Users will now see Meetings after the Social posting widgets, reflecting the fact that our Social posts widget is the core InGo product. This will impact all current and new events.

Updated Twitter to X: We made updates to Admin and our widgets to reflect the change from Twitter to X. We hope this makes engaging with our social options easier to understand.

Updated ROI to Value: We understand that the value of a referral click, meeting or post with InGo is unique to each of our individual customers. We’ve updated the language in our Admin Console to reflect this.
